Okay, so I have to admit. I was a little disappointed in the Sims 3 when there were no long hair types for the Sims that were male. There are guys that have long hair. Some men have really long hair, and if you're trying to model a Sim after someone you know or a character you've created, it can really throw off a look when you don't have what you need. Super-long hair for both males and females, down-to-the-butt length my husband sported this type of hair years before I met him when he was in college. And they definitely need to bring back the layers of facial hair for men: the scruffy look that could go under any other beard choice, side burns that can be added separately of other facial hair, and how about some good old-fashioned muttonchops for those crazy scientist types. That's not a bad thing in my opinion. I've done it with Sims 2, and Sims 2 back in the day, but as I have not yet read up on the custom content for the Sims 4 demo as I don't see the point until I actually have the game that's still a mystery right now, Like a number of other posters, I am hoping that the game will include long hair for men. How else are we supposed to create our rockers. Maybe a nice mane like that on Todd Rundgren. I have also been wanting curly styles for my Sims, male and female, since the beginning of Sims 3. That messy, wavy, less sims 4 curly hair male shoulder length one has had to suffice for a number of my male Sims. I would love to see long, curly hair, not just short styles. And not just controlled ringlets, but big, buzzy, frizzy hair, also long wavy hair, and more afros. I wish I could post some pictures, but it would be great to have hair like on Keri Russell, Bernadette Peters, Melina Kanakaredes, or even Tupele Dorgu. And for the men, maybe something like John Glover as Lionel Luthor, Robert Plant, David Krumholz, and Lenny Kravitz. I saw an article on joystiq. I know not everyone is going to want a Sim sporting one of these, but I also wish they had a droopy, bandit mustache à la Tom Johnston — useful for seventies rockers or cowboys.
